AGS, Inc. Welcomes Northwest Sales Group
Northwest Sales Group, based in the Twin Cities of Minnesota, is comprised of Tim Wier and Mike Livings. Together, they have over 50
years of experience representing manufacturers in the fenestration industry where they currently represent Quaker Windows. They also
represent Palram, a manufacturer of polycarbonate and PVC materials. Tim and Mike will represent AGS, Inc. in Minnesota and North Dakota.
Web Address and Domain Name Change
Our new web address is AGSSHADE.COM. We also have a new domain name for communication via email. The new domain name is @agsshade.com.

Independent Savings Plan Company in Odessa, FL uses AGS, Inc. Sunshades
The Tampa Bay Business Journal along with Bollenback Builders, Inc. will feature a special section titled “From the Ground Up”. The article, a supplemental insert scheduled for the December 12, 2008 edition of the Tampa Bay Business Journal, discusses the overall construction process from inception to completion of the Independent Savings Plan Company Building. The sunshades on this building are AGS, Inc.’s NASA Series Mercury 7 model with a turnbuckle assembly. The medium bronze sunshades are segmented along the radius wall.
U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Region 8 Headquarters in Denver, CO uses AGS, Inc Sunshades
The U.S. EPA , Region 8 Headquarters building recently received 2008 The Chicago Athenaeum’s American Architecture Award for distinguished buildings. The building uses the Constellation Series Taurus Model sunshades fabricated by AGS, Inc.
AGS, Inc. welcomes The Donovan Company
The Donovan Company was established in 1975 by Tom Donovan as a manufacturers' representative for commercial building products and
manufacturers' lacking a sales presence in Southern California.
AGS, Inc. will be represented by Tim Bradley and his wife, Kathy, who manages their office and handles inside sales. Tim has owned the
company since 1989. Tim and Kathy have extensive experience in sales of construction materials. Outside sales support will be handled by
Christian McLean. After leaving the military, and before joining The Donovan Company, Christian worked as an installation foreman and
third-party building inspector.
The Donovan Company has represented materials and services requiring "technical sales support". Today, The Donovan Company represents two
stair manufacturers (Pacific Stair and Duvinage), building expansion joint covers and specialty aluminum fabrications (MM Systems). Their
office has been in the same location in Anaheim, California, for 28 years.
